Conditions of Items:
Most information relating to the item will be on the product page itself. We try to provide as much info as we can. Questions relating to the technical aspect of the unit will either be on the auction, or buyer will be responsible for finding out themselves prior to placing bids.
Return Policy:
5 days. Absolutely no exceptions. This is 5 days from the receipt of your package. If you email us within those 5 days and both sides agree with the problem, we will accept the return. The 5 days is not business days but 5 full days (Mon - Sun) from the day you receive that item. If you request a return outside of those 5 days you will be denied.
You can request an RMA from sales@simplyok.com and use the subject "Request for RMA". Please enter item number, and the problem with item. If you do not do this we will not respond with an RMA. We pays for absolutely no shipping back to our side. Please be aware of this. We want to be forward and upfront about it.
Shipping Policy:
We usually ship within 3-5 business days upon payment received, via USPS. We don't offer overnight shipping or any kind of express shipping. It generally takes 5-10 business days to reach a USA address and 14-21 business days to reach an international address.
Privacy Policy:
Simply OK is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, you may send an e-mail to sales@simplyok.com with 'unsubscribe' as the subject line.
